Coaching
Coaching
It can be difficult, especially as a new runner, to know how to train properly, so that you avoid overloading the body while gradually improving. Training is about challenging the body and pushing it to perform at its best. This applies to all ages. But the older you get, the more important it is to understand the mechanisms of recovery.
I do NOT coach according to the “no-pain-no-gain” principle. On the contrary. My goal is for you to find and keep the joy of running. In my view, you do this by listening to the body’s signals and playing along with it, not by fighting against it.
We all have a different starting point. I offer individual coaching, tailor made to your particular situation. Your running experience, your current shape, your goals and not least your personal prerequisites to achieve them. The most important is to take one step at a time. This is what I would like to help you with.

It has been incredibly exciting to have you on the side line and it has given me new perspectives and a new understanding of how to train for ultras.
Thank you so much for a great training program with very varied training and for your always positive and motivating attitude. Every week, I look forward to getting my new run sessions.
I'm so happy that I had you in my backpack during my race. It was comforting to know that I had train what I needed to - not too much and not too little. I was in control of my pacing, my fueling, and all in all I felt confident when toeing the start line.
“The best part is not the progress I have made. It's that I've gained energy from it, and even though there is of course a struggle to be had, I've enjoyed the process all the way. I'll keep running, that's for sure.”
“I have always been physically active, but it annoyed me that I had become a slow runner. I had a specific goal of being able to run 10 kilometers in less than an hour again, and I can do that now. It is a great satisfaction.”
“I've always loved running, but I didn't know how good I really was until I got the right coaching. Today I won my first half marathon in my age group and am running better than ever before.”
